 * From yesterday, my server is unable to connect to wordpress.org, the server cannot
   download wordpress, it cannot update already installed plugins or get update 
   from wordpress network!

 * if you run dedicated server, consider checking your firewall settings, otherwise
   contact uplink internet service provider
 * for shared hosting and managed servers contact your host tech support
 * you can also ping and ping6 to wordpress.org
 * traceroute and traceroute6
 * to provide this information to support
