I am using CleanTalk plugin with the Divi theme on WordPress 4.8.3. The link above is to a screenshot of my WordPress admin dashboard, where the CleanTalk widget displays the error message, “Something went wrong! Server response is: “

Network Error. Please, check this article.

    “.

When I click through to the article it doesn’t seem to refer to anything related to this issue, and my CleanTalk dashboard doesn’t seem to indicate any problem.

I have everything updated on my site and have logged back out and back in, but the issue persists. Can you help me understand what is causing the problem?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello,

Could you please check it again? Widget is refreshing statistics daily, so some network malfunction could prevent it to do so. It could be ok right now. Or just click “refresh” link on the of the widget’s block.

Please, contact us. Mark the topic as resolved if it is so.
