# Network Admin won't show

 * I’m trying to create a network and I have followed the instructions to create
   a network.
 * I did this _“Open up wp-config.php and add this line above where it says /* That’s
   all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */. If it doesn’t say that anywhere, then 
   add the line somewhere above the first line that begins with require or include:_
 * `define('WP_ALLOW_MULTISITE', true);`“
 * Network Admin will not show under tools.
 * I deactivated all plugins before doing this. I transferred the wp-config.php 
   file to my computer to edit file and uploaded back to site.
 * Any ideas?

 * In my case it’s almost certainly because my server is running as fcgi, so I’m
   going to have to get a server admin to change that, or change server.

 * Make sure you don’t have any curly quotes going on.
