# Nesting Shortcode

 * Does anyone know where to alter/add custom shortcode? I think I need to add “
   do_shortcode” to the $content of the [events_list] shortcode.
 * Specifically I am trying to nest this shortcode [drts-entity display_element=”
   xxx”] as a replacement for the location number in this events manager code:
 * [events_list limit=”10″ location=”XX”]#_EVENTDATES: #_EVENTLINK [/events_list]
 * for your reference here it is nested, which i know does not work, but helps illustrate
   where I want the nesting to occur.
