Nested ULs

    I upgraded to 3.2.1. When adding a new post, I can’t create nested unordered lists. Essentially, whether I use the Visual or HTML editor, it tries to close out my UL before I’m actually done, thus upsetting the formatting. Can be seen at http://www.cisdiveteam.com/ . Originally I entered in Visual. Got the issue. Switched to HTML. Correcting the issue wouldn’t “stick” – wordpress would remove my edits and go back to the formatting it wanted. I went so far as to delete the post, and start over, typing everything in as HTML. Same result. Any suggestions?

    Go into the visual editor. Select say the bullet list. Type your first list item in.

    Then, to start a new nested list, hit return and then click on the right indent button. Then a new list will appear. To continue with the first list, click on the left indent.

    That is what I did the first time I created the list. However, when I publish, it appears that WordPress is re-matching and adding the opening/closing tags, throwing off the nesting of the list. When I go into the Visual Editor, I can see where they are added, and I remove them to fix the nesting. On publish, they get added back in, breaking the nesting again.

    Thanks so much. Turning off this setting, then re-editing the post, fixed the issue.
