After working with the author of Enlighter plugin, it seems like Nested Order List plugin is interfering with the layout:

I would suggest removing the plugin and add an edited version of the styles it adds to your site instead. To correct the misalignment you would probably need to remove the CSS rules that define the margins.

Thanks a lot. I removed the plugin and copied the CSS style you replied to another post (https://wordpress.org/support/topic/nested-ordered-lists-conflicts-with-lists-block-in-desktop-layout/) to my WP theme and now it’s working as intended. 🙂
