   declared in /wp-content/plugins/chartbeat/chartbeat.php:39) in /wp-content/plugins/
   chartbeat/chartbeat.php on line 38
 * error is thrown due to nested function.
    display_chartbeat_accountid_error() 
   is nested inside of check_chartbeat_accountid_error() in chartbeat.php
 * I assume this is done in error. Is this plugin still being supported? Last update
   was a year ago.
