# Nested Comments Issue

 * I have a site where it seems that nested comments only works for logged in users.
   Users that are not logged in when trying to reply to a comment a new comment 
   is created instead of nesting it. I’m using the wordpress themes and nested comments
   is enabled.
 * Its an internal site so I can post a link but wondering if anyone else has experienced
   this.

 * A link would help but if it’s an internal site that would be difficult to do…
 * Try switching to the Twenty Eleven or Twenty Twelve theme and deactivate all 
   of your plugins. Then clear your browser’s cache and cookies and attempt to leave
   a comment as a not logged in user.
 * If that lets you reply using nested comments (it should) then one at a time reactivate
   your plugins until the problem comes back. Leave the theme as Twenty Eleven or
   Twenty Twelve for now.
