  • Through the free trial we could tell it is still in beta mode (even though it wasn’t) and had issues that an experienced WordPress plugin developer would have easily avoided. Another issue is I can’t get an invoice sent to me for monthly billing. I’ve talked to 2 separate people multiple times over the past few months about this and I can’t get a simple reason why this is such a difficult task. There is no backend system where I can download these or switch payment methods which seems like something that should have been done from the start. They do however have enough time to have sales people call me to try and lock us into a 12 month contract!
    The plugin is handy and our shipping department does utilize it which is why I’m not giving them only 1 star.
