Needs some polish, but did the job

On a small site, the plugin did its job of bulk-uploading all the external images to the media library. The messages it generates while it’s working are very confusing and led me to think it was failing, but I just kept pushing the button to process the next ten posts, and in the end it was all done. So the plugin needs some polish, but it was a good start for a first release.
