 * Needs more features but doesn’t seem like Facebook will add anytime soon judging
   by the reviews. Highly disappointing!

 * I’ve responded in more detail to your question in the support forum – but just
   to reiterate here – we’ve added a number of features over the past few months,
   including:
 * – The ability to set the chat plugin to launch in “minimised” state (this was
   a hot ask here!).
    – Additional configuration features enabling control over 
   the positioning of the plugin on the page. …and more!
 * We have more on the way in v2.1 of the plugin, which is currently in development.
 * Perhaps you could share your thoughts as to what kind of features you’ve been
   missing from the plugin?
