Needs help and advise

    One of my friend wants to use WordPress to build up his website because I told him that WP is powerful and have very good support forum …

    But the things is he doesn’t know any HTML, code etc … He is a photographier and he wants to build a site to display his photo collection and do direct sell. A simple site with intergrated function.

    Question – Which theme is the best for him to download and use for his photography? It has to be easy operate, easy edit, do not have conflict with those plugin software, especially those image gallery plugin software.

    Which image gallery plugin software is the best choose for his site?

    If he wants a dedicated photoblog, that’s what I’d use:
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Photoblog
    I would imagine there are others listed through the above link that have done what he intends so the advice he could get would be more pertinent.

    That said, if he wants commentary with his work then a combination of a photoblog / WP could work if the themes were the same.

    I’d suggest looking at photoblogs first, and WP second – or have you already ?

    I look at photoblog and not really clear it. I understand WP – need to download first and user can add content in their admin site, but how photoblog work, is it same way as WP? Where to download theme and how is it works?
