Needing to collect donor mailing address

Hello, I have the Give plugin on my site, eastarm.net

I need to collect donors mailing addresses every time they give, whether it’s online giving to paypal or an offline pledge, I need to collect the mailing address as the first required field next to email address when they click to give, before they’re redirected anywhere else.

How do I accomplish this?
