Needing multiple daily Open hours

1) In the settings I can Configure only one Active timeset (for example from 11:00 till 16:00), and it make impossible to show timings for restaurants that often are doing a siesta/pause, between the lunch and the dinner needing opening hours that are for example like this: from 11:00 till 16:00 and from 19:00 till 23:00.
2) And what about the closing for holidays and special days?
