# Needed support for stripe webhook validation

 * we were getting an error when trying to add the stripe signing secret to be able
   to accept stripe payments.
 * when we added the signing secret, the save changes button would get disabled 
   and being able to use stripe for payments would not work.
 * we were advised to switch to the 2023 theme and try and it worked perfectly!
 * once everything was saved, we switched the theme back to our original theme and
   all was good!
 * great support, and quick!
 * note: we thought we had submitted support on their site, but that seemed to not
   work, (we waiting over a week), but instead we used the chat function to get 
   the ticket started, and things happened quickly after that!
