Needed :: Freelance theme developer for website project

We are looking to re-do our website and need an experienced designer/developer to implement a custom theme that runs on WP 2.7.1. We hope to support our local community, so if you are located in the Denver, CO area, that would be fantastic, yet is not absolutely necessary.
