Need to uninstall WordPress

    I need to uninstall WordPress I moved the website to another host deleted all content other than Permalinks I am not able to download plugins. or remove permalinks. I want to build the site afresh. as there are too many problems with the WordPress dashboard on the site. can anyone tell me how do do this,

    You can delete all files belonging to WordPress
    See WP distribution archive for list of files https://wordpress.org/download/releases/

    Your themes,plugins and media library lives under wp-content/ folder

    You can delete SQL tables using PHPMyAdmin tool (often available under your hosting account control panel).

    If you’re planning to reinstall WordPress, then you can try to use
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-reset/
    It will attempt to reset WordPress to clean and shiny post-install state
