I’ve imported a site from Moveable Type to WordPress on a new host, and I have the url set up as http://mysite.com instead of http://www.mysite.com

All the old internal links that use www. are giving me a Page Not
Found error. I can’t really revise all those old links, so what I prefer to do on a click is have that “www.” stripped away and the proper page returned. It’s also important so any old links using that www. don’t get an error as well.

I’ve looked on various htaccess boards and can’t seem to find the right answer for this. Seems simple enough, right?

Sorry I can’t give you a working example as the new site is viewable only through a local host until it goes live.
