Need to remove one of two menus

I am designing a site and I really like this theme! Unfortunately, whether I delete the pre-header menu or not, I still have a page menu showing up below my header. (It appears to be in an order from a previous theme.) I did NO programming on the previous theme, but for some reason I can’t get rid of it even if I delete ALL menus. Anyone else have that problem? Thanks!
