    You should have access for support for paid extensions at the link you sent, as long as your license is valid in the account you are logged into. The form will display there like in this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/jelgeq

    Yes, I know I should have access. I am logged in. I have a current subscription, there’s just no form.

    Hi there,

    Thank you very much for providing that screenshot so we can see what you are seeing. That is extremely odd! I can see you are logged in, but seems like something is blocking the entire form from loading on the page.

    Do you currently have any browser plugins/extensions installed that might be blocking page content/forms from loading?

    If you open the browser developer tools, do you see any errors displayed in the console?

    If you try in another browser, do you see the same thing? How about on a different device?

    In the meantime while sorting this out, if you want to reply via email to the email sent from a previous ticket, it will open up a follow-up ticket which we can then forward to the support team for the Google Product Feed extension.

    Please let us know how that goes.

    It randomly showed up today. Nothing changed on my end, the form just started showing up. Ticket submitted.
