Need to Move Top Bar Below Header

I need help figuring out how to move the top bar menu area to below the header with the Customizr free theme. I can position it absolutely with CSS, but then the top of my pages is covered up. I am hoping someone knows a better way.

My goal is to have a horizontal menu that fills the full width below the header.
