Need to know what are relevant Plugins for me

i am running a video sharing website which basically includes embedded videos from YouTube, daily motion and other video websites.
and here what my client needs
“Please, customize my WP with all the plug ins and theme on the home page log in. Any visitor can visit and add a comment but to post a message or video; you must subscribe first. Please,do just the way that is the best to urge people to visit or subscribe.”
So Please Anyone know some set of plugins which are intended for such things?
any recommendations??
