Need to know how to modify woocommerce coupon error message

  • I am using Woocommerce and need to know how to modify the error message received when an invalid coupon code is entered in the cart.

For example, I want to change the text from ‘Coupon does not exist!’ to ‘Coupon does not exist! Coupons are CASE SENSITIVE. Please try again.’

I have altered the class-wc-cart.php file in the meantime, however I am aware this is not best practice. I don’t know if I need to use a hook to do this and if so, what code to use?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
