Need to import WP page content into static page W/O using header

I’ll try to keep this short. I need to import WP content into several areas, excluding headers and such, and still have simple page editing capabilities via WP.
Figured easiest way was to create static pages with no headers and footers and bring data in. I just can’t figure out how! I need to nest bringing in the content at one point, so I thought a basic WP page with content that was easy to edit would be best.

Why? I know it sounds nuts, but I really do have a good reason. I have password restricted pages. One password leads to page1 content, second password leads to page1 and page2 content. I want to use javaScript to allow second page users to switch between page1 and page2 content with visible/not visible css on my page allowing access to both pages. Easy scripting outside of WP, but I simply am at a loss here.

If you know a better way to do it, how to do it, or if I just need a programmer-whatever-please let me know.
