    Hello,
    Good Evening!!

    I am using the “eRoom – Zoom Meetings & Webinar” plugin on my website and my website URL is “https://academy.hoba.tech/” which I am working on currently.

    So my concern is this I have installed the “eRoom – Zoom Meetings & Webinar” this plugin on my website and I have integrated this plugin with my zoom account. After integrating the plugin “eRoom – Zoom Meetings & Webinar” with my Zoom account by adding the API Key or Secret Key values in the plugin’s settings.
    And My functionality was working like this:-
    -> I create the webinar on my zoom account after clicking on the sync with webinar button that is displayed in the dashboard.
    Here is the one screenshot:- https://prnt.sc/xkmznT-jpKm0

    Once my synchronization is completed then after refreshing the page my zoom webinars list was shown in the back-end.
    You can see in the screenshot:- https://prnt.sc/bPrIKZOhSQFG

    But now this functionality is not working. If I create the webinars on my zoom account then those webinars are not showing in the back-end. But if I create the webinars from the back-end/dashboard then those webinars are showing on my zoom account.

    But I want that if create webinars on my zoom account then those should be shown in the back-end/dashboard as well. I need both sides synchronization
    ZOOM DATA TRANSFER -> BACKEND
    BACKEND DATA TRANSER-> ZOOM ACCOUNT

    Please help me to solve this problem. I need urgently solution to fix this issue asap.`

    Hello,

    Thank you for the provided details, we do appreciate it!

    We couldn’t detect restrictions from our end with the Synchronizations. Make sure that you didn’t make changes from the Zoom account, we recommend you check by contacting Zoom support. In addition, we recommend you make sure that you are using the latest version of the eRoom plugin, the plugin should be updated. Then we recommend you re-check by deactivating all of your site extra and caching plugins, and by re-creating Webinars from a scratch

    Cheers

    Hello,

    Thanks for the reply.

    I have already discussed this issue with the Zoom Account Support Team. So they had suggested me I should contact the e-room plugin support team to solve this issue.

    Also, the e-room plugin has already been updated with the new version 1.3.9 on my website still the thing is not working that I want.

    So Please let me know what should I do to fix this issue asap. It’s very urgent for me to fix this.

    Thanks

    Hello @developer2210

    Can you test the problem with Meetings as well? When we tested the problem they are synchronizing properly.

    Kind regards

    Hello,

    The synchronisation is working fine but there was an error:
    A maximum of (100) webinars can be created and updated for a single user in one day.

    So I have debugged this error in the core files and there you have set the static limit 100. This means users can synchronize the 100 webinars in a day. Because of this reason, my latest webinars created on zoom were not synchronised.

    Please let me know if this limit will be increased in the pro version of the plugin. Please confirm after that I will be purchased the pro version of the plugin.

    Thanks

    Hello @developer2210,

    The pro version of the plugin does not change the maximum limit of webinars to synchronize.

    Regards
