Need to find/delete hidden facebook plugin

I am trying to find and delete a possible hidden facebook plugin.

The web designer says we have no plugins or widgets that are installed that would feed to facebook.

But when I write a blog or updated a specific page it always updates to facebook.

I am not sure if it a wordpress thing or maybe a facebook thing. I can’t figure it out on either end.

HELP!
