Need To Display Just One Currency

    Hi! I’m working on this website [ redundant link removed ] wich is based in dominican republic. The website is a vegetables online shop, so people can order and receive it at home. The main issue is that here in the dominican republic, laws forces you to sell goods and food displaying only the local currency, wich is DOP. And there are not payment services in local currency i could add to the shop, so my client wants to use paypal. The issue comes when in paypal checkout, triggers the not supported currency error because the shop is in DOP. My question is, can i set the shop to USD$, to use paypal and receive payments, but display only DOP with no switching at buttons all? Since we have to follow rules with the laws, i can only display DOP. So, resuming, i need to set the sho in USD but display only DOP for all purposes. Is that possible? Thanks in advance.

    Hello @mhdisenadorgrafico

    It is possible to set price in USD and display as DOP on frontend (after convert with exchange rate). But you will still need to convert back to USD on check out page, to check out with paypal. It will not possible to checkout with paypal when the currency on check out page is DOP.

    Thanks for the input.
    My main question is, with the store set up to USD$, can i just display DOP? So no siwtches, buttons or others to change the currency view? Does the plugin changes the currency or just the frontend? Thanks

    You can just display DOP. Yeah no switch, button at all.
