Need to develop Assessment with following …

I’m not sure what version of WP I’ll be using. I assume it will be the latest because I haven’t built the site yet. But I suppose if needed, I could install an earlier WP.

I need the following
Assessment with option to use SD D N A SA
as the format of choices.

I need to create category for these, but they need to appear randomly so it’s not possible to tell what category (about 20) the assessment question came from.

I need a bar-chart at the end to show rank of all 20.

I need a way to generate a custom report based on the the results. So for example, if there top three were sawing, hammering, and chopping, I could give them a report on sawing, hammering, and chopping that they could read. (If there top 3 was cooking, cleaning, and phone answering, then I would give them a report that talked about cooking, cleaning, and phone).

The report should have a way that I could put in links so they could click and go to my e-commerce site.

Is this possible?

Is there someone who has done this?

Would someone be willing to consult for a fee?

I would like to also have a bank so that assessment questions came from a bank rather then statically generated.
