Need to a link directory plugin

I need want to install a link directory plugin on http://www.Mah22.com
So want first add redirect link with TAG , then direct to main URL
for example create this URL for link
http://www.mah22.com/2/
then above link will direct to main URL like http://malaysia.us.com/design-center-with-seo/

Anybody knows such plugin?
or do you know how can I edit https://wordpress.org/plugins/link-library/
