Need tips on starting my private blog

I’m new to WordPress and needed some advice from you veterans out there.

I would like to start a blog but have it set up so its similar to the style of a MySpace. I want to post my info on top, have an mp3 player with a list of my music and a place I can post a topic of the day and have people comment or send me stuff at the bottom.

I want it set up so they have to register and they can either pick or upload an avatar or photo.

Can you post the recommended plugins I need to do this?

Also, if someone has already done this, please post a URL example site you have done, if you don’t mind.
