Need Text Widget to display Page Links based on Category

I need to enter text followed by a list of all Page Links per a specific category (I’m using Post Tags & Categories for Pages plugin). This category must be called by ‘name’ verses ‘id’. I then will continue using same text widget to display more text and another list of page links of a different category, etc., etc.(have 250+ categories that this Text Widget needs to address). I too, will need each instance of Page Links listing to include <span style="padding-left: 15px; font-size: 13px; line-height: 18px;">. I don’t know how to ‘call’ the category pages so that as Pages are created and assigned to cat’s … the sidebar widget auto updates.
