Need Template Recommendation for Charity SIte

I’ve been running a small charity database through iweb, but it’s not a very good content management system. I have been searching the wordpress for an appropriate template, but I have NO IDEA what to use. Our website is http://www.lasso-china.org, and if someone could recommend a template (or even a type of template!) that we could use to recreate this in an intelligent way we’d be really grateful!
