    Sorry for opening here my ticket (you can remove it after) but I have sent you a message through your contact form about a week ago on as I need support. I have purchased PRO version but never received any reply.

    Can I send you directly to email or was my message ignored on purpose?

    @amazinghulk My apologies for this inconvenience as usually, tickets are replied quickly. The contact form for the support ticket is the right one to use, indeed! I managed to locate your message. Somehow, it was missed and was not marked as a high priority! Usually, after a few days are passing and the ticket is unanswered, an alert is shown with a reminder about it. You’ll get a reply as soon as possible via email as your ticket is of a high priority now.
