Need support

I saw a plugin update like;

“There is a new version of WPBakery Visual Composer available. View version 6.2 details. Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin. To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit Settings to activate your Visual Composer. Got Visual Composer in theme?”

The above message as showing in the plugin page of the respective visual composer. Do I need to take a back of my site Quintdaily before doing this process? Need the assistance of Visual composer team for this concern.
