 * Hello, I need help choosing a theme for my next project. Here is what will need
   to be done & details on this daily mortgage rates WordPress website:
 * 1. Daily mortgage updates on home page (need something easily edited/updated 
   and that sticks out on homepage, this is the whole sites point) Needs to be simple
   so non web developers will be taught how to update this everyday. This is the
   toughest thing I face, dont know where to turn.
 * 2. Optional subscriber login & payment with credit cards
 * 3. Need to capture emails.
 * 4. Needs to be smooth, simple, not cluttered. The MAIN point is the daily mortgage
   update and if you want to know which bank provides this mortgage, click here 
   type of deal.
 * 5. Ad space
 * I know many plugins will be used but I just need as much feedback as possible
   before deciding on theme. What do you suggest and why? Thanks so much guys and
   gals.
