Need suggestions for a theme

I’m looking for a theme to create a site. At the moment, I don’t know if I want a blog- probably will in the future, but not right now. Thus, I don’t want the comments section or any “permanent” widgets such as “archive” on it. I want to be able to have things related to posts only show up on the blog page when and if I decide to have a blog.
I also don’t want to have to have the name of the theme in the footer.
I’d like to be able to add my own header and change the colors of the background, etc.
Does a theme like this exist and if so, please tell me the name(s)? Oh and free would be nice too!
