About a week ago we worked with Bluehost and WordPress to get IP’s for 2 of our subdomains. Since then our 2 blog sites have been down and I am not able to log into my subdomains, only my main account. It appears that our subdomains are not pointing to our new IP addresses so our blog sites are down. What can I do to fix this problem?

Talk to your domain registrar and your hosting company.

This forum is wordpress.ORG and we can help you with getting WordPress working at your host once your domains have properly resolved.

What are your domains/subdomains and the IP addresses that you want them directed to. I can check the DNS settings for them.

And in future please post in the correct category.

Thanks! I did talk to my my hosting company they told me to talk to WordPress, go figure. The hosting company said that everything is up and running on their end and that this is a Word Press fix?

Go to https://www.bluehost.com/cgi-bin/cplogin and login. Click on domain menu, create a new subdomain medieval(.redskytrader.com) and make the document root /medieval. Now install your site in the medieval /medieval folder which you will find in your main root directory. When you insatll wordpress make sure the blog and wordpress urls are http://medieval.redskytrader.com/

Do the same for the other subdomain.
