Hi, The link I posted is not where wordpress will be installed. It is an example of our ‘look’, which is based on our .css file. The actual wordpress will run on our domain, in user accounts on [ link redacted ] example, that isn’t developed yet will be:
    [ link redacted ]
    This is a Plesk environment.

My idea is that each user account will run wordpress, with the ‘same’ customized theme, created from our .css file, so that they integrate nicely with the look of our site. Most of our site is currently on the rootsweb server. Site was created to run beside the rootsweb content (if you will), because scripts can’t be run on rootsweb. We needed more functionality.

While each user account will run it’s own wordpress they will all look the same. I don’t believe it’s possible for ~useraccounts to share anything.

Now, about us… we are a volunteer based genealogical research organization. We provide all our content free online for anyone. We canvas other sites, and organizations for donations of content, they allow us to transcribe their content with the understanding we provide it for free, and do not make money from it. We have over 900 pages of text on our rootsweb site, with abt 1000 supporting documents and images.

Being non-profit, we take in absolutely no money, and volunteers do purchase micro-films and membership in order to assist with providing our content.

I’m hoping to find someone that will appreciate what we do, and donate their time to create a theme from our .css file. The admin area doesn’t need to look like the public area. We need the admin area to be a place where a volunteer, without html knowledge can copy and paste from a document previously transcribed, or type write into the admin area and post on the public end.

Fields that are user populated/need to be edited in admin,
    are fairly minimal being: <Title>,
    then from .css file: id=main-title, id=”headline”, id=main-text

The rest of the page is just fixed content.

I will pay out of my own pocket for someone to do this. I am limited though.

If anyone is interested in helping us out, please contact me with further information.

    Thank you,
    Tammy
… sorry if this is the wrong forum to post this to. I thought about posting to commercial, but this isn’t a large enough project (I think) and hoping to find some kind sole who will be interested to help us out.
