Need some sort of shopping-cart solution

Hi, I have searched but haven’t found something that suits me good enough. What I am looking for is some sort of shopping-cart solution that really isn’t a shoppingcart solution… Might sound strange, but i think that’s the best way to describe it.

• Need different products in different categories
• Each product needs it’s own set of values (hight, weight) and forms to fill in for the customer (colors, text and more)
• Then in every single product it should be added to a cart/query
• Then when the customer has found all the products he need, he sends a query for them, not an order

So no need for a payment function or anything, but it should be customizable for each product, and each product could be added to a “cart” solution.
