Need some help with some image links not working

    I have a coulple of “Starburst” images on all my pages as they are part of the header in my theme for http://www.staysafedriving.co.uk. The problem is that whilst the “Buy Lessons Online” and “£15 off” starbursts work correctly in Firefox they do not in Chrome and I am told IE9.

    I have checked and as far as I can tell it should be fine but clearly is not. Can you help?
