Need solution for sending download links from form submission – Ninja forms, or?

Howdy,

I’d like to get advice before I buy a ton of plugins and addons trying to find what I need…

What I need to do is have a form where a user submits name/email, and receives an email link with the file he requested. We’ll probably have 10 or so of these to start, but might have 50 or more later on, so I’d prefer not to have a form for each different possible attachment.

I need the data to be exportable to a CRM.

Any idea of the combo of tools I’d use to do this? Right now I’m looking at Ninja Forms combined with Download Monitor plus a Download Monitor plugin. (Easy Digital Downloads doesn’t seem like a good fit since we aren’t selling of the documents, so needless overhead there).

I’ve looked at the ContactForm7 plus old version of Download Monitor, but that solution is pretty creaky and looks prone to break at any moment.

Any ideas on this?
