Need replacement for Woocommerce with some requirements…

OK. So. Set up a brand new WP install, installed Woocommerce, their multiple shipping extension, and their flat rate box shipping extension – both of which are required functionality for the project at hand.

After buying the flat rate box extension, I found that it doesn’t work. Logged support ticket with Woo. Posted on their support forum.

Days later – no response anywhere. Not sure Woo is a real company at this point. May have just thrown money in a hole.

At any rate, it seems highly likely that I’ll have to abandon Woo and get something else entirely…so can anyone help me find an online cart solution that:

1. Allows for a user to make one purchase and send portions of it to multiple addresses – like grandma buying various things and sending them to the grandkids as gifts.

2. Provides a way to do shipping based on volumetric assignment of products to defined flat-rate boxes by shipping zone. Like, 2 3x6x6 products will fit in a 3x12x6 box.

That’s it. That’s all I need it to do. As advertised, the Woo things would do that…but at least one doesn’t work, and I’m getting not even a hint of support from them. So…I would be eternally grateful if others who have done similar things could point me in a more productive direction.
