Need Refund but no one get back to me

    Hi Restopress team, I need a full refund for the addons that I bought.
    on your Return Policy pag, it says I just need to reply the purchase email in order to get the refund,,BUT I RECEIVE NO EMAIL AT ALL from restopress until today about my purchase.
    Tried to contact you through Contact Us page on your website, no replies either.

    Please help me ASAP about this.
