Need Recommendation

Hi!
I need a recommendation on a plugin. The plugin should be able to schedule user registrations to certain date or dates, for instance, registrations are open first five days of each month and during this period anyone can register. After this period, on 5th of the Month at 23:59 registrations are automatically closed untill the 1st of next month.
This is the only functionallity I need for my site and I’m not interested in huge plugins with dozens of options so if anyone knows such a plugin I’d be more than grateful.
