• Can someone recommend a great PayPal plugin that is similar to Donate Plus without the errors? After looking at the numerous errors associated with this plug-in, I’m still skeptical. I installed it but haven’t applied to the site.

I’ve created a wedding website for friends and they need a Honeymoon Fund set up. They both want a form for people to leave their name, honeymoon donation amount, comments, and have PayPal integration.

It’s very similar to Donate Plus but on the Donate Plus form, they would prefer that it doesn’t give the check box of “Put My Donation on the Recognition Wall” and in the drop down menu under “Show On Wall”, it removes the option “Donation Amount, User Details and Comments” and gives the only choice of “User Details and Comments.”

I do not know how to customize the Donate Plus form and am not really sure if I can without breaking the functionality of my WordPress website.

Is there another plugin (or plugins) that I can use simultaneously to create a form that contains the user and comments fields along with a PayPal “Donate” button?

Perhaps after clicking on the PayPal “Donate” button, the user will get redirected to PayPal to make their payment and once he or she finishes a payment, they see a “Thank You for your Donation” message from the couple-to-be. Then, the user will be able to return or get redirected somehow to the website to see the message they have left on a Recognition-type wall? Or is there something within PayPal where after finishing a payment the user can leave comments that show up on some sort of Wall or guestbook on the wedding website?

    Any suggestions?
