Need raw enable/disable for repost code to add to cron job

It seems like my current posts are not being automatically added for repost. I have to go into each of the networks I have, and disable, then reenable them so that the newest ones will be added. I did this just the other day and it said it had 45 enabled, and after doing this refresh, there were 99 based off the category.

My site is designed for people to add things from the front end, and they can add a lot rather quickly.

What I would like to do is add this function automatically to my cron jobs. (my wp-cron is currenty ran every 15 minutes by my server, not by wordpress visitors).

This would prevent me from having to go into the SNAP settings each day and disabling/enabling my info.
