Need Posts to Appear in Their Categories.

The plug-in is great, looks neat, thanks. I realize that Posts and Categories are listed separately; however, I would like to have all posts (articles) displayed in the sitemap under their respective category, and not separately. In this manner each article (post) would be listed under its sub-category, and category. I don’t know if there is a term for this, and I don’t know if this plug-in will accommodate article listings in this manner.
Do you know how I could do this?
