Need plugin to change color of background behind text

I have a site I’m helping with, she is not knowlegable of HTML or CSS – yet. I’m not ready to take her down that road yet. She wants to be able to highlight some text to bring attention to it. Other than making one of her heading tags have the color, is there a plugin that adds to the default editing tools that would link this?
