Need plugin that navigates a sub-section separate from header nav

    I am building a restaurant directory. I need each restaurant to have home, menu, photo, and reviews pages specific to that restaurant. I need a nav menu on the page that links to all of these. I want the header nav to be independent and constant, but I want to navigate the restaurants in a sub-section.

    The closest thing I have found is the plugin that is used here on wordpress.org for plugin details:

    Description | Installation | Faq | Screenshots… THIS ONE. but I dont know how to obtain it.
