Need plugin for adding user data fields and uploads

I am researching the creation of a WP site where I would accept memberships (paid via PayPal) where the members would be able to enter lots of data into customized fields. We’re talking about 100 or so fields. These fields would mainly be text data, but they would also need to upload images and other files, which would constitute only about 10% of those fields.

Is there a plugin which would satisfy this requirement? I have been unable to find one.
